• 10th (Matric / S.S.C) Exam passed from a Recognized Board of that State / UT for which candidate is Applying for.
• To know Regional jurisdiction of Recruiting Offices – Click Here  Candidate must be undergraduate as on 01/01/2026.
• Candidates possessing Graduation or Higher Qualification are not eligible for this post. Candidate must have knowledge of local language of the State / UT for which applying for.

RBI Office Attendant Vacancy 2026 : Required Documents to Upload

• Qualification Documents: Scanned Documents size to be minimum of 200 dpi and color should be True color.
• Live Photo: Candidates require to capture and upload their live photograph either by using webcam or smartphone.
• Scanned Photograph: Photo size should be between 20 – 50 kb in JPEG/JPG Format and dimension 4.5 × 3.5 cm (200 × 230 pixels).
• Scanned Signature: Signature size should be between 10 – 20 kb in JPEG/JPG Format and dimension 4.5 × 3.5 cm (140 × 60 pixels).
• Hand written declaration image: size should be between 50 – 100 kb in JPEG / JPG Format and 800 × 400 pixels in 200 DPI (10cm × 5cm).
