• Bachelor Degree of Science in Physics/Elecronics/Computer Science/IT/Instrumentation
  OR
• B.SC in combination of Physics/Elecronics/Computer Science/IT/Instrumentation
  OR
•  BE/B.Tech/3 Year Diploma in Engineering Polytechnic in related stream

• 10th Passed with ITI from NCVT/SCVT in Related Trade

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 33 years for Grade III
• Maximum Age: 36 Years for Grade I Signal
• Age Relaxation as per RRB Technician Notification guidelines.
