• Degree in B.E / B.Tech. or Diploma in civil Engineering OR Degree in B.E. / B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized Institute / University.

• Graduation Passed from a recognized university in India. 
• “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course from DOEACC under the control of Electronics, Government of India.
