• Graduation Degree in Engineering in Electronics or Electronics and Tele – Communication or Electronics and Communication or Electrical and Electronics or Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering from a Government Recognized University.
• Master’s Degree in related subject. 
• Candidates must have qualifying cut-off marks in GATE in any of the years 2023, 2024 or 2025.
