• Find Apply Link:– Click on “Online Application for 12th Scrutiny 2026” link reflecting in Latest Notification Section.
• Now Login by using your Roll Number and Date of Birth.
• Choose the subject for which you are not satisfied with the result and want to apply for scrutiny / re- evaluation.
• Pay Application Fee:- Make Payment by using UPI, Net Banking , Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking if Application Fee Required.
• You can take a Printout of the form or save it in PDF for future reference.
