Indian Army (Agnipath) Notification 2026: Age Limits (As on 01/07/2026)

• Agniveer GD / Technical / Assistant / Tradesman: 17.5  – 22 Years
• Maximum Age: 21 Years
• Minimum Heights For Male: 152 cm.
• Minimum Heights For Female: 152 cm (North East or Hilly regions 147 cm, Lakshadweep 150 cm)

Indian Army Agni Veer Eligibility Details

• 10th (Matric) exam passed with 45% marks and minimum 33% in Each subject.

• 10+2 (Intermediate) exam passed in Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English with minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate and 40% in Each Subject. OR
• 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam passed from Any Recognized Board with 1 Year ITI Course.

• 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam passed in Any Stream with 60% Marks Aggregate and Minimum 50% Marks in Each Subject.
• Candidate must have Securing 50% Marks in English and Math / Accounts / Book Keeping in Class XII.

• 10th (Matric) Exam Passed with 33% Marks in Each Subject from a Recognized Board of India.

• 10th (Matric) Exam Passed with Minimum 45% Marks in Aggregate and Minimum 33% in each Subject.
• For Boards Following Grading System:- Minimum of “D” Grade (33% – 40%) in Individual Subjects OR
• Grades with 33% in individual subjects and overall aggregate of “C2” grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.
• Candidate must have a Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License.

• 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam Passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 50% Marks in Aggregate and Minimum 40% Marks in Each Subject. OR
• 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam Passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and English with 50% Marks in Aggregate and Minimum 40% Marks in Each Subject.

• 10+2 (Intermediate) or Equivalent Exam Passed and qualified in D. Pharma with Minimum 55% marks in aggregate and registered with State Pharmacy Council / Pharmacy Council of India. OR
• Qualified in B.Pharma with 50% marks and Registered with State Pharmacy Council / Pharmacy Council of India.

• Pandit / Pandit Gorkha (Hindu Candidate): Shastri / Acharya Degree in Sanskrit with Karm Kand as on the Main / Core Subject OR One Year Diploma in Karm Kand.
• Granthi (Sikh Candidate): Bachelor’s Degree in Any discipline from a Recognized University of India. OR Individual have “Gyani” Degree in Punjabi.
• Maulvi (Shia) : Bachelor’s Degree in Any discipline from a Recognized University of India. OR Individual must have Alim in Arabic or Adeeb-e-Mahir / Urdu Mahir in Urdu.
• RT Budhist (Budhist Candidate): Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream from a Recognized University of India. Please read full Notification for more eligibility Details.
• Padre (Christian Candidate): Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream from A Recognized University of India. OR Individual should have be ordained priesthood by the appropriate ecclesiastical authority and is on the approved list of the local Bishop.

• Find Apply Link:– Click on “Agniveer Recruitment 2026 – 27 Online Form” link reflecting in Opportunities / Career Section.
• Registration:- Register with your Mail- ID , Mobile Number and Basic Details and you will get Registration ID and Password.
• Now Login with your Registration Id and Password.
• Fill the Application Form:- Fill All the columns carefully such as Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Address and Qualification Details.
• Upload Documents:- If Any Document required to upload in application form please upload in correct size and format e.g. PDF or JPEG.  
• Keep ready all the documents such as academic certificate, photo and signature scan copy to avoid delay in Apply Online.
• Recheck:– Before Final Submit check All the Columns carefully and If all is correct then submit the Application.
