• Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with 50% marks or Equivalent qualification from a Recognized University / Institution incorporated by an Act of
  Central or State Legislature in India or any other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under section – 3 UGC Act, 1956.
• Candidate must have knowledge of word processing on PC.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi / English Medium (with Hindi and English as a compulsory subject) from a recognized University with minimum 50% Marks. (SC / ST / PwBD / ExS require only passing marks)
• Candidate must have knowledge to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa.
• Candidate must have knowledge of word processing on PC.
