CTET February 2026 Eligibility
|
For Primary (Class 1 to 5)
- Senior Secondary (OR Its Equivalent) Passed with 50% marks from a recognized board of India and Passed or Appearing in Final Year of 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education(D.El.Ed.) / 4 Year B.El.Ed. / 2 Year Diploma in Special Education. OR
- Senior Secondary (OR Its Equivalent) Passed with 45% marks(As per NCTE 2002 Norms) from a recognized board of India and Passed or Appearing in Final Year of 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education(D.El.Ed.) OR
- Bachelor Degree and passed or appearing in 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education.

For Secondary (Class VI to VII)
- Bachelor Degree and Passed OR Appearing in Final Year of 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education(D.El.Ed) OR
- Graduation Passed with 50% marks and Passed or Appearing in 1st year in Bachelor in Education(B.Ed.) / Bachelor in Special Education OR
- Graduation Passed with 45% marks(as per NCTE 2002 Norms) and Passed or Appearing in 1st year in Bachelor in Education(B.Ed.) OR
- Senior Secondary (OR Its Equivalent) Passed with 50% marks from a recognized board of India and Passed or Appearing in Final Year of 4 Year B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed.

- You can Apply for Central Teacher Eligibility Test February 2026 easily by following below step by step process.
- Visit Official Website:- First Visit Official website https://ctet.nic.in or click on direct link below to Apply Online.
- Find Apply Link:– Click on “Apply Online For CTET February 2025” link reflecting under Latest Notification Section.
- Registration:- Register with your Mail- ID , Mobile Number and Basic Details and you will get Registration ID and Password.
- Now Login with your Registration Id and Password.
- Fill the Application Form:- Fill All the columns carefully such as Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Address and Qualification Details.
- Upload Documents:- If Any Document required to upload in application form please upload in correct size and format e.g. PDF or JPEG.
- Keep ready all the documents such as academic certificate, photo and signature scan copy to avoid delay in Apply Online.
- Recheck:– Before Final Submit check All the Columns carefully and If all is correct then submit the Application.
- Pay Application Fee:- Make Payment by using UPI, Net Banking , Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking if Application Fee Required.
- You can take a Printout of the form or save it in PDF for future use.

CTET February 2026 Syllabus Complete Details
CTET की परीक्षा ऑफलाइन माध्यम से आयोजित की जाती है | इस परीक्षा के Paper 1 में मुख्य रूप से 5 विषय से प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे, जिसमे प्रश्नों की कुल संख्या 150 होगी और प्रत्येक प्रश्न 1 अंकों का होगा | इस परीक्षा में पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्नों से सम्बंधित विषय की जानकारी नीचे टेबल में दी गयी है :-

इसी प्रकार CTET पेपर 2 में मुख्य रूप से 4 विषय से प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे और प्रश्नों की कुल संख्या 150 होगी | पेपर 1 एवं पेपर 2 दोनों परीक्षा में गलत उत्तर के लिए नेगेटिव मार्किंग का प्रावधान नहीं है | यदि परीक्षार्थी किसी प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं देते है तो उसके लिए किसी प्रकार की कटौती नहीं की जाएगी | CTET की परीक्षा केवल पात्रता परीक्षा है इसलिए इस परीक्षा में नेगेटिव मार्किंग का प्रावधान नहीं है | CTET पेपर 2 में पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्नों से सम्बंधित विषय की जानकारी नीचे टेबल में दी गयी है :-
