• 10th (High School) exam passed or Equivalent and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade.
• National Apprenticeship Certificate is compulsory if candidate even have higher education Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Candidates who will be selected for the PSPCL Assistant Lineman Post will get 19,990/- monthly salary as per 7th CPC/ Pay Matrix.
